A WWII Nazi Germany regimented unit of super-powered warriors and geniuses that were betrayed near the end of WWII and placed in cryogenic prisons only to be 'thawed' when the Battle of Berlin was to occur. They never thawed. In 2005, they have come back and are now working with the 5th Column. Their HQ is located in Warburg.

Deemed the hero of the 2nd Rikti Invasion by most of Arachnos, Lord Arachnid's rise to power may soon match him against the master of the Rogue Isles - Lord Recluse himself.

A large band of reservist Arachnos villains (alts) and troops that are available under the leadership of the time-travelling Arachnos Arbiter, Arachnonaut. The Legion is based out of Cap Au Diable.

In order to ensure that Arachnos is able to combat enemies on all fronts, the Mystics of Arachnos are the 'mystical warriors' of the Rogue isles. Reknown for their battles with the Circle of Thorns and Devouring Earth, they have set up in an old underground mystical chamber on one of the remote isles in the Nerva Archipelago.

led by one of the most ruthless Mexican Crimelords, Crimewave has grown into a super-powered group of thieves and smugglers that even give 'The Family' a run for their money! They are said to have a base of operations in Port Oakes.

An ancient order of evil that has since been restarted by "Mad" Halloween Jack. Their goal - To Rule All. They are based out of a secret site in Dark Astoria.

A powerful and large militaristic and regimented organization and society located at an unknown location in the Atlantic Ocean. The Atlantic Kingdom, led by the mad scientist and self-imposed monarch, King Dolphin, believes the oceans are his to rule and has laid claim to the whole of the Atlantic Ocean as his 'soverign' domain and kingdom. Obviously not recognized by the United Nations, King Dolphin continues to create skirmishes and terrorize the world to get his way.

This 'empire' is the brainchild of a disgruntled Canadian Military General believing that he could and shall take over the United States and Canada and make the resource rich North American continent his to rule over! They operate out of Canada's New Brunswick province, however, they has been sighted more locally in St. Martial in the Rogue Isles.

An ultra-militaristic Soviet General, wanting to ensure the Soviet Union survived the Cold War, stole millions of pieces of soviet military hardware from planes to tanks to nuclear weapons and absconded away to a hidden site in Siren's Call in the Rogue Isles. He is building his army to take over the Rogue isles and make it the NEW Soviet Union!

Originally called the "Mercy Isle Marauders", this band of renegades and rebels have created an effective and stealthy terror unit that steals and smuggles with the best of them. Comprised of rogue elements of nearly every criminal and villainous band in the Isles, this group has been sighted in and around the sewers of Mercy Isle.

An assassination corps originally created by Great Britain at the time of the Revolitionary War, this current band of Legionnaires have severed their old ties and have serviced themselves out as professional assassins and murderers at the global and national level. Their actions have directly caused the death of at least 3 presidents, including prime ministers, heads of state and several prominent heroes. They are the best at assassinations because "Death Becomes Them".
